i agree with all above, its nothing exceptional, she worn and looked alot better at other ceremonies

It's not bad, but there's nothing exceptional about it.
That blue colour doesn't really match her skin tone too.

she's one of the few who wore blue at the Oscars.. it is alright..nothing to die for.. unique I'd say:)
