VEER will b a much bigger hit than GADAR

Actor Salman Khan is upset that he couldn’t attend his dad, Salim Khan’s 74th birthday. The actor was busy shooting and unable to make it to the city on time. However, he managed to get to a suburban theatre the next day where the promo of his forthcoming film ‘Veer’ was being shown for the very first time. On the occasion we managed a quick word with the Khan.

It was reported several times that not all was well between Salman and ‘Veer’ director, Anil Sharma. Sallu admits, “There were differences of opinions at times, but when are those not there, especially when you are shooting a project as big as ‘Veer’? The fact that we had creative differences just showed us that we were on the right track, and then everyone was working towards a common goal - the betterment of the film!”

Salman added, “Even today I maintain that Anil Sharma is the best director in the country, and reckon that ‘Veer’ is going to be a bigger hit than even ‘Gadar’, it’ll break all records!”

Sunny Deol was mind blowing in Gadar that movie still bring tears in my eyes so dun even compare GADAR with VEER!!!

Permalink Reply by lucifer on November 30, 2009 at 9:57pm: veer has got a bigger canvas than gadar......but the story of gadar,the pace of screenplay were awesome.....2 release an epic film these dayz is a big risk.....but the trailor of veer was awesome.....this is not a wanted where he was playin a raw action hero.........hes got varied types of looks in the movie.......its a bit confusin.......if it clicks with the masses wher he has got a chunk of his fan followin then the movie will click......but the question of emulatin the success of gadar.....it may or may not....cant say.........but if his father salim khan who is his biggest critic has said that the movies good then his fans has got somethin 2 expect...; ▶ Reply to This
